This personal narrative project was inspired by me living my everyday life knowing and remembering all my mother did for me. Just last month on October 23rd, was the day of her birthday. On that day and most days, it feels like yesterday that I lost her. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of her. While she was alive she taught me things about the world, people, everything that would prepare to go out and be the best me I can be. She taught me that life might not be a joke but you can always get through it with laughter and positivity. She could've been a comedian if she wanted to. It was just amazing how strong she was and how she took care of everyone. She had a lot going on but still managed to get through it all. Thats something huge i learned which inspired me to be strong enough to come up with this personal narrative about losing my mother. This is seen as my thank to her for all that she has done for me and i will continue to give thanks to her. Below is one of the photos that will be in my project.

As mention before the inspiration form my mother helped me come up with this idea. I wanted to tell a bit of my story and her story as she was a single mother raising five kids. I wanted to display that strength that she had. I'm intended this to be a sob story but to show that its possible to find positivity through tough situations. Anything and everything has a possibility of getting through it. I didn't want nothing to stand in my way of showing my beautiful mother and my family to the world. This was very hard to get through in the process of making it, thankfully I knew she would want me to be strong and never give up. It's all thanks to her.
